NEET UG: For lakhs of students who have passed NEET UG 2025, the moment has now arrived that was eagerly awaited. For the youth who are dreaming of entering the world of medicine, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the NEET UG 2025 counselling schedule.
When will the counselling process start
This time, the counselling process is starting from 21st July 2025. Students who have successfully passed the NEET UG 2025 exam and are eligible for All India Quota (AIQ) seats can register by visiting mcc.nic.in. This registration process is the most important link in the first phase of counselling, so it is very important to complete it on time.
Round 1 schedule released by MCC
In the schedule released by MCC for Round 1, the seat matrix will be checked by the participating institutes between July 18 and 19. After this, online registration and fee payment facility will be available from July 21 to July 28. Students will be able to choose the college and course of their choice from July 22 to July 28. After this, the seat allocation process will be completed on July 29 and 30 and the first seat allocation result will be declared on July 31. Students who will get the seat will have to report to the respective college from August 1 to August 6.
What things to keep in mind during registration
In this entire process, students will have to keep the necessary documents with them, such as a passport-size photo, signature, thumb impression, scanned copy of documents, active mobile number and email ID, so that no problem is faced during registration. The fee will be paid through online means, so keep UPI or net banking facilities ready.
How will the college be selected and seat allotment be done
Students who want to be a part of this counselling process have to register themselves by visiting the official website of MCC. Only after registration will the students be considered eligible for the seat allotment process. Colleges will be allotted based on your rank, college cutoff and seat availability. So take every decision wisely, as it will decide the direction of your medical career.
