Google Pixel 11 Series will be the main attraction
Google is anticipated to hold its yearly Pixel occasion in the United States on August 12 and the India occasion is anticipated to be on August 13. The company is said to be ready to launch four smartphones from the Pixel 11 family.

It is anticipated that Google Pixel 11, Google Pixel 11 Pro, Google Pixel 11 Pro XL and Google Pixel 11 Pro Fold will be in the lineup. Google has already said that it expects to raise prices this year, which will only make the launch that much more intriguing for those who want to purchase the device this time around.
According to leaks, the new Pixel series will have features such as an enhanced AI, improved camera performance, better Tensor chipset performance, and a revamped rear camera module. There have even been reports of a new glowing light element around the camera arrangement, but it has not yet been confirmed by Google.
Honor’s Mysterious “Robot Phone” Could Be a Game Changer
The other interesting launch of the month is that of the so-called “Robot Phone” by Honor. Although it has the unusual nickname, it’s not a humanoid robot. Rather, it’s been speculated that the phone will have a built-in foldable gimbal that’s embedded into the rear panel.
The camera module will also be expected to deploy like a smaller version of an action camera, with users being able to shoot extremely stable video without having to use external gear. According to sources, Honor has been working with image technology partners to enhance the overall video experience.
It is expected to be released around August 12th, but it has yet to be named, priced or be available globally.
Vivo S2 and Vivo V80 Expected to Arrive in India
Vivo is also readying itself for several launches in India. The Vivo S2 is expected to be available from August 6 and will be heavily focused on premium design and camera specs.
The company could also be launching the Vivo V80 later this month apart from the Vivo S2. Although the official specifications are not yet available, the V-series has a history of catering to customers who appreciate smartphones with stylish designs and good camera hardware and who enjoy high-end features. Given Vivo’s proven track record, both devices could beat the competition in the upper mid-range product segment.
iQOO Z1 Lite Could Strengthen the Budget Gaming Segment
The iQOO Z1 Lite is likely to be the next addition to iQOO’s popular Z-series. Z-series has been popular for its performance at an affordable price.
Complete specs have not been confirmed yet, but the Z1 Lite is likely to cater to budget-conscious users looking for high refresh rate screens, strong processors and big batteries at a not-too-high price. The official launch date is yet to be announced.
OnePlus Nord N6X has already launched in the market
OnePlus has already introduced the new OnePlus Nord N6X towards the end of July, which is one of the latest additions for August. The smartphone is expected to further bolster OnePlus’ mid-range smartphone lineup with a well-rounded set of features, sleek design, and solid software support. If you are in the market for a new budget OnePlus phone, then consider the Nord N6X.
Motorola G Max may expand the G-Series lineup with the Motorola G Max
Motorola has been rolling out new phones all year long this year, with August potentially seeing the Motorola G Max release, as well. The new smartphone will be aimed at the mid-range, but there has been no update on the device’s specs or pricing. It’s a recent Motorola habit to stick with clean Android software, big batteries and premium designs, so there are high hopes.
Redmi Note 17 Could Become Xiaomi’s Biggest August Launch
Xiaomi is likely to launch the Redmi Note 17 in India sometime in August. Among all the smartphone lines of Xiaomi, the Redmi Note series is still one of its best. Redmi Note 17 is expected to deliver competitive hardware, enhanced camera capabilities, quick charging support, and a competitive price tag.

With the aggressive pricing this time, the phone might make a comeback to become one of the most popular phones in the country in the mid-range category.
